Irvine-ness

I took a quick trip to Irvine over the 4th.

Favorite parts: 

1. Harry showing me the rash on his arm (generating sympathy) and then pointing out that bubble gum would probably make him feel better.

2. Miles explaining to his neighbor friend that he couldn't play because his aunt Becky Jean (it makes me so happy that they call me Becky Jean) was in town and that he needed to spend time with her.

3. Catching up with John and Brooke...sitting in on a Faded Paper Figures practice.

Harry was having so much fun playing guns that...he fell asleep.
